Catering To Go

Gougeres with Birchrun Farms Equinox cheese, roasted turkey, cheese and greens.

Baked Ziti with Sausage and Heirloom Tomato Sauce

People came in off the street to ask what the great smell was.  Home made tomato sauce stewed all afternoon follow by sausage, pasta, bechamel sauce, and topped with parmesan.  Again, this dish was a sell out!

Lentil Soup with andouille sausage was also on Friday nights menu.  John Luttmann took this photo of Julie's flavorful creation. The baguette is from Soltane,Bridge Street,  Phoenixville Pa.  Their breads are wonderful !

SOLD OUT JULIE'S CHICKEN POT PIES

Barby's buttery, flaky crust and Julie's savory chicken filling was delicious!  It has almost been a week, and customers are still commenting about them.  Here are some pictures of the pies in production.
